At Kunststofftechnik Jantsch GmbH we are a highly motivated team of experienced employees. We work in three shifts and produce more than 200,000 plastic parts a day. We process nearly all thermoplastic materials - also high-temperature grades such as PEEK or PEI. These are used for the production of plastic parts can stand permanent temperatures of more than 300°C. Our modern injection molding machines in the range of 180 kN to 2.200 kN clamping force are equipped with the latest generation of controls. With these machines we can cover a comprehensive part spectrum between less than 0,1g up to approx. 400g.

With our 2-component injection molding we offer technologically ambitious solutions for the combination of different materials, e.g. combining hard and soft plastics or transparent and colored material. Another specialty of ours is insert molding of metal parts. Our automation with robots and conveyor belts includes fully automated packaging of the finished plastic parts. Besides robotic loading and unloading of our machines/molds we offer you also a clean room production of optical parts of highest quality.

Injection molding in many variations

The requirements and wishes of our customers as to the parts they need are as different as the variety of plastics available on the market. We keep in stock constantly more than 500 types of materials and we employ therefore almost all current thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers.

We are looking for new challenges

Our specialties

We produce e.g. also high temperature parts out of PEEK. Insert molding of metal inlays like threaded bushes, spindles and axles are part of our daily business as the production of 2K-parts. We also produce optical parts in our clean room, e.g. for the automotive industry.
